Qualifications and qualities:

  • Experience and/or commitment to supporting adults who have a developmental disability
  • DSW Diploma or Certificate or equivalent education (e.g. Child and Youth Worker) would be an asset
  • Ability to develop community relationships, individualized services and other life experiences, while supporting individuals
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout our catchment area in all weathers
  • Must be available for shifts, including weekends
